The little things

Sorry for not updating for the last... (counts) 18 days? WAH!! That's a huge gap. Sorry for that. Hehe ^^;

Here's the list that has been happening in my list (since I'm too lazy to explain the events going on):

  1. School's been a pain for all the piles of homework, notes and the training.
  2. I recently joined Power Run at the Dataran Merdeka. Unfortunately, I did not win. :( But I was lucky enough to be one of the first 20 people who came back from the 5 kilometer run. -_-"
  3. Eating. I do that everyday. I eat and eat until I was enough to describe myself as a pig. LoL...
  4. (Based on 2.) I did not get enough sleep. It's because the run starts at 7:50 in the morning and I had to be at school at frigging 5:30 in the MORNING!
  5. I've been procrastinating all my artworks because due to lack of time... and my lazy ass. Seriously, I gotta stop procrastinating if I don't want to die with piles of artwork on me. *Sigh*
  6. The olahraga training ended. (Yay!) But Cik M will literally kill me if I didn't train at least 30 minutes a day at home. =.=... I'm a lazy ass, what'dya expect?!
  7. This is a random fact, honestly... but I need new ballpoint pens!!! (Seriously, I do...=.=... Lazy to go buy ><)
  8. I wish that it's not raining season here. Because I don't want to skip Pendidikan Jasmani classes. ^^;
  9. Another random fact, seriously. Every time I drink soda, I'll go high and crazy. Damn it. Why do 100 plus sodas are so sweet and delicious to drink?!! ><"
  10. Again, another random fact.. I wish my hair was long enough to be tied into a proper ponytail. (With this kind of short hair, I'll make anyone, who sees me, laugh... Its irritating)
  11. Lastly... Whenever I see a certain someone at school, I feel like punching the person but the person somehow makes me want to be nice to the person. Eff the stupid 'charm' that person has. >_<>
That's all for today. I gotta hit the showers. I should get ready to go to school. >< -Sayonara

Coolest Day Ever in 08!

Today (15 April 08) was a BLAST! Kenape?

It started out when we were doing P.E. (Pendidikan Jasmani)

---

Cik Malatih (my olahraga coach -_-") came and made us train for the olahraga. We had to run half of the field repetitiously. I lost all my energy on the third round. Unfortunately, lightning strikes. It's not that I'm afraid of lightning but the lightning strike was so LOUD as if two large boulders crash into each other.

Drops of rain fell down on my scalp, signaling that is was going to rain. I noticed that we had twenty minutes left before school activities end. I took my bag from the assembly stage and ran into the canteen. Then, I searched for Thiviya and Min Li.

After successfully finding them, I talked with my friends in 1 Amanah. We couldn't stop laughing. Three of my friends won't stop melatah at every time we poke them. Some of them said:

"1...2...3... LOMPAT KE ATAS!!", "OH HANTU!", "OH SOPIQ I LOVE YOU!", "ALIF TERJERIT MACAM MONYET!" and I recalled one of them said "OH ALIF KISS ME!" (LOL! 8D I poked the girl who said that... teeheehee)

Then, the bell rang. I tried my best to follow Min Li but it was soo windy that almost everyone left the ground. The place was flooded with rain. Even the deeper c0rners were flooded with rain. Reika, Min Li and I couldn't stop shrieking when we felt our shoes being filled with raindrops. Seriously, the rain was pouring. Heavily.

We bumped into Sue-Ann, a friend who walks with me and Min Li. Luckily, Min Li brought her umbrella and the two of us snuggled under it to keep away from the rain. We stopped for a minute to wait for Xian Jing, Letisha and Sue-Ann.

We began chatting loudly about the rain and how fun it was. I was the first to start kicking the water near the sidewalk and purposely splashed Xian Jing and Sue-Ann. Then, Xian Jing snuggled underneath the umbrella with Min Li and I while Letisha was with Sue-Ann. We began screaming and "woot"ing the whole time.

We look like idiots. But, who cares? Better enjoy the moment. 8D

I asked Xian Jing, "Why are you walking with us?" Of course, I shouted over the rain so that she could hear me.

"I'm going to Leti's house," She replied. (Leti is Letisha, okay? 8D)

Letisha's dad arrived at the scene, where he picks up Xian Jing and Letisha together to go to Leti's house. At the same time, Min Li's mother came. Min Li convinced me to join her but I said I want to stay under the rain longer. So, I did.

While Min Li gets into her mother's car, Xian Jing offered me Min Li's umbrella since she will be riding in Leti's dad's car. So I took it and walked with Sue-Ann. When Leti's dad zoomed away, I waved goodbye vigorously like an idiot. Then, suddenly Sue-Ann started singing a song.

"I can make it through the rain~~" It was the song 'Through the Rain' by Mariah Carey. Immediately, I joined in the singing.

"I can stand up once again~" We sang half of the chorus. We were having so much fun that we sang the chorus off-key and out of tune. Well, who cares?

Then, Min Li offered us to ride in her mom's car. So, we accepted. I couldn't get into the car because Min Li's umbrella had a problem of being closed. So, Min Li had to climb out and close the umbrella for me before the three of us entered the car. In the car, we began cheering in joy.

All of us were soaking wet. Sue-Ann's mother JUST left as soon as we made it to her house in Min Li's mom's car. I gave back Leti's umbrella and said that Sue-Ann should give it to Leti tomorrow at school. Then, Min Li's mother drove us off to her house. Sadly, I had to walk out of the car.

It was still pouring and I was already wet from head to toe. I walked back with my maid and here I am, sitting in front of the computer... Still a bit wet but I already changed my school's sports uniform to a pair of blue pants and a white shirt. Today was the coolest day in April 08. There's no point in denying it. WOOTS!

=D

Hi people!! Sorry for not updating. Busy, busy, busy... Yep, I'm busy. You don't wanna know how busy I am, especially when you're a procrastinator-type artist. I've got so many artworks to do that I can't find the time to finish it. And my brain is cramped full with my stories and studies. I just hope I don't get a migraine.

Life in school was okay, just don't like the teachers (most of the teachers are lousy -_-" seriously). On 6th April, my primary school just held their annual Sports Day. And the best thing was I get to see my former classmates (i.e Farhanah and Azmeera)

I realized that Azmeera has grown taller and Farhanah has the same phone as I do. YAY! During the event, I had to run back home a little earlier because I don't want to stay locked outside the house when the event is over. Unfortunately, I missed the opportunity to see a long-time pal. Damn!

Around 12 or 1 PM, my mom was going to a book fair. I asked my mom whether I can go to my cousin's house for three simple reasons: To see her newly cut hair, to return her books and to spend some time talking her face-to-face.

And my wish came true but when we arrived, my cousin was nowhere to be found. Her mom and I had to search around the neighborhood to find her. We gave up on Plan A and moved on to Plan B. Our plan B was: Call Nalissa and ask where the heck was Nabilah!!

Finally after ten times of calling Nalissa, she finally picked up the phone (Thank You!!) She said that Nabilah was at a friend's house, doing a karaoke show. When Nabilah came back, she brought in a friend who I have never met before.

We talked and talked. Laugh and laugh, jump and jump. And the funniest thing we did was "shuffle". (A new kind of dance for the era)

"Shuffle" involves a lot of stomping, hand moves and leg movements. All the attempts we tried to accomplish were failed miserably. Well, not really but we did laugh. A lot.

--

ARGH!!! My list of requested artworks has increased! I don't know why I love to draw a lot nowadays but it's kinda fun. The problem is I'm a professional procrastinator. Sorry friends! :( To those who requested drawings from me, sorry for procrastinating. Too much homework. I intend on closing on requests and open commissions.

Well, I gotta say... My color pencils are not cheap. But sorry, that's the only thing I can do to buy my new set of color pencils (in case my previous set finish after I finish the list >_>). Well, the commissions are not too expensive.

Depends on how hard and how complex is the drawing. I'll make the listing soon. -_-" But I might give some requests for free. There's a 50% possibility so don't expect anything from a person who spends cash for tools. (sweatdrop)

More coming soon! Oh, and uh... about my stories. There all on hiatus so it might takes months to finish them. Shit....=.= (sorry for the swearing but I can't help it)

:D Must see Artworks!!

HALLO, PEOPLE!!! (Man, I'm hyper today =D. GOODIE!)

Yezzie back in the house. (grins) I'm very hyper today (I think it must be the 7UP soda I drank at the school. LOL! Lame reason, I know. But it's true!!!)

Sports Days just passed by on
Saturday. It was... cool. I got second place in the 400 meter relay. Seriously, my stamina has whithered. I couldn't run anymore at the last 100 meters from the Finish Line. And after I finished running, I couldn't stand any longer.

And the worst and unexpected news was... Ain (my friend) fainted during marching.

Not long time ago, I was inspired to write another story called Twin's Curse. Again, this is a suspense-drama-agonizing story. I won't be giving any sneak peeks or anything because I'm still thinking of the details. I think I'm gonna make the characters die in the story (grins) *Evil Authoress*

I'm gonna feature some outstanding art works from deviantART.com that you must see. (Tengok! Jangan tak tengok!)

These are from a female Canadian artist. Her deviant name is "Kaze-Hime". (Sorry if the pictures are too small. No space. =P)

The tools she used to make these beautiful pictures are from Adobe Photoshop CS2 and CS3. Seriously, I wished I had those kind of tools but they're only suitab
le to be used when you have a tablet. Coloring through using Photoshops are hard. But it's better than Traditional Tools (e.g. color pencils, markers etc.)

The next one is from shilin. The pictures below are based from her manga Blackbird >>> Click here to read her manga.

Wow, those are such stunning pictures. (Envious) Shilin also uses Adobe Photoshop C
S2 and CS3 to color her pictures. They were done easily because she has a tablet. (Not a medical tablet that you swallow. A tablet as in a computer that is like "paper and pen" =.=)

Moving on, this time: Traditional Art!! The pictures below are from AiKo-FrikKi. She uses traditional tools which are prisma color pencils, faber-castell color pencils and caran d'ache color pencils/pens.

Man, I wish I was talented as her. T^T. Let's move on shall we? I love this person's work. Quite nice and wonderful. Almost flawless. (Gawks in awe) The owner of the art pictures are by Nefis. Her art was featured in my previous post called "Spring's coming soon".

The tools she used are mostly color pencils or Adobe Photoshop CS2 and CS3. No, I don't think she uses a tablet to color some of her pictures. That means she had to go through a lot of trouble to do the digital lineart and all those details. WOW!

I noticed that I'm filling this post with girl's work. LOL! Time for the boy's turn. Le
t's start off with this guy. All his work are made by color pencils.

Next in line is from this guy. Well, he calls himself 'pyromaniac'. I don't know why. =.=... His real name is Maximiliano Cabrera. His works are also made of color pencils only. Many people think he uses Photoshop but unfortunately, no. He doesn't use it

That's all I have for this post. Hopefully, I'll be able to find more stunning "must-see" artworks. (Cricks my neck) Man, I was solid and stiff the whole time. (Cricks my knuckles) Gotta go, people.

P.S: The pictures that you see in this post are NOT mine. The original owners of the pictures are listed carefully. All rights are reserved to the owners. Do not steal/claim these works as your own unless you have proof.

Sneak Peek

Hello, people! Sorry, I haven't been updating for the last 2 weeks. >.<>

I'm writing a story called Cold as Ice. No, it's not a published book or anything, just some story I'm willing to update in FictionPress.com. And because of my hyper mood, my blog readers have the chance to take a peek of my up-coming story.

Well, I might be printing the papers out and give them to my class monitor, Marcus (Who is dying to read it). Well, I wouldn't say it's romantic since Marcus might get grossed out if he reads the lovey-dovey parts. (Snickers) I'll make it a suspense/supernatural genre. Goodie! (Claps)

Here! Have a sneak peek in the first chapter!

Spaghetti hung from the tip of my mouth, my eyeballs felt as if they have popped out of my eye sockets and my mind completely shut down. I hope I don't sound like a moronic idiot or anything but did I hear the words correctly pronounced? Oh God, help me.

In front of me was my smirking mother who seemed pleased of my silly reaction. A strange feeling loomed over her as she slowly shifted forward towards me. I did not move at all but I did dropped my fork. Okay, I admit... I do look like a lunatic.

"Why are you so shocked, dear?" She asked in a sickening sweet tone. I twitched.

Finally, my senses functioned properly. I spat the spaghetti back on the plate, creating a huge puddle of spit on my plate. My mother glared at it in disgust. This is one of the reasons why she hates me being "not-so-ladylike". Remembering what I am suppose to say, I retorted.

"How can I not be shocked, mom?!" I exclaimed. I added, "You're sending me away to--" Rudely, she cut me off and continued my sentence. How rude...

"The prestigious Lockwood Academy," She emphasized the name as I shuddered.

"B-But mom! I don't want to go to that academy! I love being here! This is where I'm suppose to be!" Wow, how dramatic can I be?

"You're going to that Academy no matter what! Even if that means I have to cut off your allowances!" Her eyes beamed devilishly. I sighed in defeat. Why does my mother always know how to threaten me?!! I sometimes wonder if she is really my mother.

Pushing the thought away, I asked her. "Why are you sending me to Lockwood Academy?" I asked, ready to bang the table but I know it will only make my mother burst into a beast. Aiya...

"Because I want you to find a proper boyfriend!" She clarified. Oh please, not the boyfriend stuff again. If you don't know what my mother is talking about, what's she trying to say it 'I want you to have a real boyfriend!' For the last few years of my life, I've been dumped. A lot.

I don't know how long. Maybe... ten times, I guess? Yeah, yeah... It sounds weird. Being dumped for ten consecutive times. Oh, the joy! But I was used to the dumping thing and I don't usually get my heartbroken. I hate being vulnerable.

Rolling my eyes, I protested again. "Mom, I am not gonna chase anymore boys! I swear!"

"Nope. You're going to the academy no matter what." My mother clarified again. I feel suicidal now. Not good!

"Just for one reason?!" Well, I blurted that out unexpectedly. Shoot....

She looked at me with her green emerald eyes. "I'm sending you there for two reasons. One, find a proper boyfriend. Two, I want you to--"

Before she could finish her sentence, my breath escaped my lips. My breath was unusually cold and smoky. Feeling fear overtaking my mind, I immediately dived underneath the table with my mother. In a split-second, we both heard screeching sounds. I turned to my mother who had a depressed look on her face.

"Stupid vampires..." She cursed under her breath as she pulled out something from her pocket. It was a gun. Okay, I can see why my mother is sending me to the academy. She's trying to keep away from the dangerous vampires that visited us every night.

Loading her gun with her golden bullets, she clicked the hammer and was ready for action. I pulled out my gun as well from my pocket and clicked the hammer. Good, the bullets are loaded. We crawled out of the table and leaned against each other's back, clutching on our guns.

"As you see, this is why I want you to go there!"

Black smoke erupted from the red carpet beneath our feet. More black smoke clouded around us. Immediately, we began shooting as dark figures emerged from the smoke.

Bang!

I heard my mom shot the vampire who approached her first. I crouched down to avoid the talons of the female vampire's hand and shot her stomach three times. She screeched in pain as her figure turned into ashes. My mom shot the next two vampire who approached her threateningly. Their figures soon turned into ashes.

Okay, I have a really huge secret to tell you--Eeek!

Crouching down to avoid the vampire's long pale sword, I elbowed the vampire in the stomach before pointing my gun to the vampire's forehead and pulled the trigger.

Bang!

The vampire screeched in pain as the figure turned into smoke. Jumping backwards, a female vampire attacked me with her impossibly long talons. Her growl was icy and hollow. Aiming the bullets to her forehead, I pulled the trigger... sending bullets flying to her forehead. She cried and twitched pain as her whole figure submitted to gravity and turn into ashes.

As you can see, I am a vampire slayer. An infamous vampire slayer who is hailed by the name Charlotte Blackstone.

Well, how was it? But that's only just the beginning. Sorry to say but the sneak peek you read just now might be tweaked in the near-future into a more suspenseful situation. Keep a sharp eye to know when the story will be fully published in FictionPress.com

Things in Life

Hi again, people. I'm here again with this post. Okay, ahem... Let's get to the point, shall we?

I borrowed 'My Kampung' CD from one of my former classmate, Aziatul since she is the only who has the CD. I watched MK and I totally regret for joining the act because of my kain, a long skirt that I was forced to wear. It ended up slipping a bit but good thing the teacher called me out of the stage to fix my skirt.

Then, I joined back the stage and I must say, I look like a complete idiot while dancing. Not because the skirt was slipping again, but because of the way I had to dance. Mr. Hadzir, the manager and teacher of the play, forced us to follow each of the scene's dance. I obliged.

Enough of that, I'm currently at my mother's office. Eating Tiger biscuits while typing this post... I finished 10% of a drawing that I'm doing. I was supposed to do portraits of each main character of JOS (New title: TFOR) but I decided to turn them into MapleStory characters (An online RPG game that 98.8% all Singaporeans play it)

I'm currently doing Awai Aigyou's portraits. I noticed that there are mistakes on the anatomy but too late, I have already inked it at the very last minute when I outlined the blue calaf she is wearing.

(Sighs) Holidays are in today people. Let's talk about what happened yesterday.

---

Yesterday, I went out on an outing with four of my classmates: Min Li, Marcus, Howe Wee amd Hongrui.

First, me and Min Li came to McDonalds... being the first ones to come. I had to call Marcus since he was the person who arranged the outing. We found them at 7Eleven with Howe Wee, drinking Slurpees. Following them back to McDonalds, Marcus won't stop blabbering about himself being a so-called cool pro, which infuriates Min Li.

At exact 12 PM, we entered back into McDonalds and ordered our food. Then, we sat at the upper floor and began talking about school and some of our friends. I revealed to Marcus that my friend, Sandy, likes him. He was shocked at first but began accepting it. I could tell that Marcus also likes Sandy, since it's TOO obvious. (Giggles)

We had to wait for an hour for Hongrui to arrive to McDonalds since Marcus accidentally told him that we was supposed to meet us at McD at 1 PM. While waiting, we began talking about where to go in a famous shopping complex called One Utama. As soon as we walked out McD (to leave), we saw Hongrui.

Then, we ate some candy while Marcus calls his mother to send us to One Utama. At first, the situation was kinda awkward but funny in the end because Marcus' mother worries about him too much that we nearly called him 'Momma's boy'. LOL.

We all decided to go back at 3:30 PM while Hongrui decides to go at 3 PM since Marcus' mother told Hongrui's mother that he'll pick him up at 3 PM. We walked around, bought some cool stuff. Marcus and Howe Wee (known as MapleStory freaks) bought six A-cash cards (which cost RM24 a card)

Later, we walked around through different shops before finally eating at a Thai restaurant. I ate some fried fish sticks (I don't know what do they call it, but it was goood.......) with Min Li while Marcus, Hongrui and Howe Wee ate some soup, which I don't know what they call it.

At a gift store, Hongrui called his mother and told her that the four of us will go home because it was almost 3:30 PM. We went back to the Old Wing and waited at the taxi stop. We had to leave Hongrui behind because Marcus' grandfather arrived to fetch us. We said our goodbyes before getting into his car.

After dropping us at my house, Min Li wanted to play Maple Story so I let. We played until 5 PM, I guess because I wasn't keeping on track. I accompanied Min Li back to her house since she just live 25 blocks away from mine so it's quite near.

----

That's all. I gotta continue coloring my drawing before I turn into a procrastinator. Hehe... X3

Cool and Breezy

I changed my blog's layout and song. It looks really cool and breezy to me. XD! I just love blue, its a very cool colour. The new song is called 'In This Life' by Delta Goodrem. God, I love the song. It's has lighter flow than her previous songs. Yet she sounds a lot better than before. WOOTS!

I'll make a header for my blog soon. Double WOOTS! Haha, but I think it will take time maybe until April I guess? Lol, I've been preoccupied with the things that is happening around my life. I'm trying to mantain my grades, pending art requests and joining a lot of sport events.

Busy, busy, busy... Damn, my sister was right. The life of a freshman/student in highschool is tough but I think I gotta keep going on. XP! I just hope that this year is better than last year, which I'll doubt. Kidding only! It's only February right? So the results in uncertain. =X

But I hope that there is some improvement this year than last year. Ah! I'm gonna buy the CD 'My Kampung' from my former primary school. (My Kampung is an act that I joined last year, which you will find in my second post XD)... I guess I gotta borrow it first.

Man, I can't wait! WOOTS!

-See ya, people!

Amending Just Our Story (JOS)

Hello people! =D. Sorry if I haven't been updating lately. It's just that I've been struggling to finish the endless list of homework and doing the athlete training. Yep, a lot has been going on lately. Especially 'Just Our Story'.

To my cousin and Nalissa:

I hope you don't topple off from the edge of your chair because what I'm gonna say next might be outrageous. But please understand, I'm saying this to warn you about our manga.

ONE: The name of our manga is unsatisfying. I know it's suppose to be a manga about the Mikomi Sisters' lives. But I decided to add a lot of twists and when I played the whole manga in my head... The title did not suit the story.

Solution: We need to find a new name for the manga. I'm currently busy searching for the perfect name but I'm preoccupied with homework and on-going (and up-coming) events.

TWO: There has been a lot of changes about the Mikomi sisters. I would like to keep this as a secret from the readers. (To know more, leave me an offline message, starting with "MANGA QUESTION 2")

Solution: As I said about having a lot of changes about the Mikomi sisters, the rate of the story (Which is currently K+) will might increase into a better and more complex situation. (Situation rated T) Plus, there will be drama included. (I know... It wasn't suppose to be dramatic but hey, what's life without drama?) -- (Okaay... That sounded weird) -_-"

THREE: Many things, villains, stuff and events has been added throughout the whole story but I'm sorry to say that.... We might be facing a hiatus to continue it because after amending it, (and finished writing the chapters) the manga will reached the climax. It will probrably takes us months to finish the manga and get to the 'THE END' point.

Solution: Try to go online more often so that I can have a discussion with you two (Cousin and Nal)... I know this year is starting to grow shaky but please, I can't handle this burden by myself!! I need someone to share it. (Only with a person who is related to the manga ONLY!)

FOUR: Characters' personalities. Yes, you read it. There are changes in the characters' profiles. More information, leave me an offline message through MSN or email me through my Yahoo! adress (Which you can find in my profile). The changes might be slightly confusing but we must change it to make a "flow" into the story

Solution: I'll describe the characters' new personalities. (But there might be not many changes) Later, we'll discuss about the other things, which I will tell ONLY if it's important. The rest, I'll handle it. (Rubs temples)

That is all I could say about the manga Just Our Story. Nabilah & Nalissa... Tolonglah... Can you please understand that I'm trying to change it for the better? No offense is purposely admitted.

Talents fading?

Okay, I hope the title doesn't sound corny... Well, I guess so... And yes, my talents are slowly fading for some reason. Could it be because:

a. Rajin's block. (AKA laziness)

b. Artist's block (Cannot draw out the picture well even though you want to or no inspiration)

c. School. (Homework, the endless nagging sounds and of course, the athlete's training)

or d. Brain cracked. (Meaning as in my brain has been dissolved into shit.)

I would say it's A, B and C only. Well, I think D is also including. But no accurate answer. What do you think?
